Because, it is not only the real problem in people's lives, but also is the important task for philosophers to solve in field of theory. How to solve the Problem of the Moral Relativism and Reconstruct common Moral is an important task for us in contemporary society. Reviewing the moral of the traditional society, we will find that the Problem of the Moral Relativism is not being in this society. The traditional society denies the division in moral. It provides people a kind of public and universal moral. With this condition, there is lack of real social condition for the moral relativism to live. The Moral Relativism was born in the changing from the traditional society to modern society. The social construction of modern society has been changed very much that the realm of economy was divided form the realm of politics. According to this kind of division, private realm was divided from public realm. The moral relativism was the result of the divisions. Every person can live private life, and has free personality. If one person interferes the other's way of life, his action will be denied. This is the real reason of the moral relativism in divisions of modern society. The enlightenment action had done great function in history. Reason was looked at the pillar of people's lives, so people believed that they could reach the freedom and will be happy with the guide of reason. But, people failed to get them. Kant's and Hume's work on the Common Moral was proved failure. Only must we find some other method to make the objective moral to be true. The Moral Relativism has two kinds of functions in modern society. It display great positive role with its negative role. The Moral Relativism encourages the personal freedom. It makes person be liberated from the doctrine of inhibiting his freedom, and makes person get the right in charging his way of life himself. This is the liberation for person, otherwise, the Moral Relativism makes it impossible to reach the Objective Moral, but the Objective Moral is necessary for people's lives.In order to solve the problem of the Moral Relativism, there are many doctrines in contemporary society put foreword many ways in solving the problem. And Habermas'theory of Communicative Action, Rawls'theory of Political Freedom and World Ethics of Contemporary Religion Philosophy are the most important theories. But, they are all fail to get a reasonable method to reach the Objective Moral for people. In solving the problem of the Moral Relativism, we must understand the relation between personality and public, particular and universal, real and ideal. At last, Marx'philosophy in understanding the Moral Relativism and going beyond it is my view in constructing the Common Moral. The problem of Moral Relativism is a real one, so we must put it in historical, actual life. Marx tells us that there are two kinds of sources leading to the problem born and false in real life obeying the advocate of reason and capital in Capitalism society with his analysis of truth in this society.
