The Research On Zhang Shi-zhao's Law Thought (1903～1917)

Zhang Shi-zhao was a famous political commentator, sholar, lawer and social celebrity in the modern and contemporary history of china. At the moment of seriouOsly national crisis, advanced Chinese had been seeking a way to remove the crisis, get rid of the difficulty and strengthen China since modern times. It was such a historical period that Zhang Shi-zhao had been influenced by the equal thought of China's tradition, so he formed the law thought of his own. This paper simply investigates Zhang Shi-zhao's law thought it contains three chapters:Chapter one analyses the historical background and the process of Zhang Shi-zhao's law thought formation and inquires into the theory origin of his law thought.Chapter two expounds the major content of Zhang Shi-zhao's law thought. It mainly discusses his contibutionalism, constitutional thought, theory on system of government, judicial equality thoughts and liberty theory.Chapter three analyses the main characteristic of Zhang Shi zhao's law thought.Chapter four appraises Zhang shi-zhao's law thought.
