The Study Of Yanshui-Sanren's Novels

This thesis focuses on sheding light on the inherent peculiarities in Yanshui-Sanren's novels through specifically decoding his 6 visions and synchronically comparing them with his other visions of the same style, standing on the background of that time he lived in, combining his special experience and creative motion. This thesis is divided into two parts.Part one: In this section, it emphasizes Yanshan-sanren's theme of the gifted man and beautiful woman visions and generalizes the basic features of their values, the standards of females aesthetic, the techniques of narrating, the comparison of Pingshan-lengyan and Yujiaoli and description of Yanshan-sanren's attitude of "directly towards life "towards reality and his adjustment of his creation.The first chapter: It discusses the author's adjustment to the theme of his "the gifted man and beautiful woman " through the background setting, the rhythms ,and the emphasis of the narrative and the aesthetic policy of "strange thing and strange emotion ".The second chapter : It reveals pluralistic features of females aesthetic of Yanshui-Sanren by discussing his creation of a perfect female aesthetic standards in details and his commendation of women's virtue of no envy and the practical conditions of doing chores.Part Two: The heritages and new changes of the other three visions of "gifted woman" to the erotic stories of late Ming dynasty and the typical simulating colloquial stories Three-yan and Two-pai and the specific the tendency of vulgarity in its reversal sexy relationship and variety daily life.The first chapter: by comparing and analysing the difference and similarity between Taohuaying, Dengyueyan and other sotires about "gifted man and beautiful woman" of the same time, and combining the novels written by the author and his frankly-shown creative motionimproves his ambigurity hybridity.
