Yan Yu's Canglang Poetry Talks is the most valuable one among the literature on poetry talks in the Song Dynasty, which have profound influence on poetic theory of afterworld, especially on the Fugu Group in the Ming Dynasty. Starting from those major poetics standpoints discussed heavily both by Yan Yu and the Fugu Group, the article clarifies the close connection between Canglang Poetry Talks and the Fugu Group. The article considers "learning from ancients"is the base of the connection between Yan Yu and the Fugu Group. And that the Fugu Group inherit Yan Yu's thought which talked about poem from aspects such as sensibility nature, taste character, format factor etc., and deepened and developed this kind of thought continuously on this base. Not only the Fugu Group formed its characteristic poetics concept, but also laid fine foundation for the theories' prosperity in Qing Dynasty such as "ShenYun", "GeDiao"and "YiJing". The full paper is mainly divided into four parts: Part one emphatically analyzes that the Fugu Group inherit the thought of Yan Yu, whose poem gave high praise to the poetry of Han, Wei and High Tang. Though Yan Yu and the Fugu Group of the Ming Dynasty had different historical environment and era backgrounds, they both advocated to study the outstanding poem of ancient times, especially that of Han, Wei, and High Tang, which called the aesthetic ideal that hadn't been seen for ages through emphasizing the artistic characteristic of the poem. At concrete method, the Fugu Group inherit the "learning the ancients"standard of Yan Yu, rather they had taken substantive paces in some issues, such as, which ancient we should study and how to study. In addition, under the prerequisite of following the poetry of Han, Wei and High Tang, the Fugu Group had made more careful division of the poetry of Han, Wei, and High Tang. Thus the pursuit in "high ancient dose "was more obvious. Part two indicates Fugu Group's further development on the trend emphasizing on emotion of Yan Yu's poetics. Yan Yu thought that poem is used "to sing what is in the heart ". The Fugu Group accepted this viewpoint. Many people, such as Li Mengyang, Xu Zhenqing, Wang Shizhen etc., all emphasized the emotional nature of the poem. This formed characteristic standpoint of "true love"and went further than Yan Yu.
