The east culture is accepted by more and more people as the modern bump of the east and western culture. Zhao Wu-ji, a world famous artist, has obtained many achievements. He has combined the Chinese spirits with his works, which tells us that the east culture has the vigorous vitality.The paper mainly goes into zhao wuji's work's idiom and gives the several main styles: the feelings of aeriform; the feelings of beautiful scene; the feelings of air current et al. Those are the most important characteristics of the Chinese spirits. Compared with the western abstract arts, zhao wuji's drawings embody the Chinese spirits. The paper composed with four aspects is shown as follows:Firstly, the paper introduce zhao wuji's outstanding achievements, which couldn't be separated from the Chinese spirits. The achievements are correlative with the background where he grown up. Although there are several different kinds of recognize on the spirits of the Chinese art during different periods, his works came back to the the spirits of the Chinese art. Based on the fertile soil of Chinese traditional culture and delving the Chinese traditional treasury, zhao wuji's works become the important pathways through which the world people recognize the mysterious china.The second section analyzes the Chinese spirits in zhao wuji's works, which consists of three section: Firstly, the feelings of aerioform embody the Chinese art spirits; Secondly, the feelings of air current embody the Chinese art spirits; Finally, the feelings of beautiful scene embody the Chinese art spirits.The third section mainly analyzes the combination between the spirits of Chinese art and different materials. On one hand, the different sprits of the eastern and the western painting and the different materials were analyzed; on the other hand, the dominance of the different materials is demonstrated in this paper.
