The Study Of Wen Tingyun's Woman Subject Matter Poems

This Thesis divides four parts:First part: Wen Tingyun was a sincere and gifted poetWen Tingyun was a romantic poet, and was close to associate with song being prostitutes.He wrote a large number of woman subject matter poesy. Beacuse of these,he had left the Frivolous reputation too, and is considered to be the typical prodigal of a scholar. This part is analyzed from two respects of Wen tingyun's life and his poems. And realized that Wen tingyun is a sincere and gifted poet but not a prodigal. He was a persevering intellectual at first, once it was in the hope of accomplishing something that " the great pain ground the mat ", at the same time conceited and contemptuous, bold and decisive in action, offended some influential officials too, though it often comes in and goes out the behavior of prostitute's hall of the brothel was a customary phenomenon at that time, but he is falsely accused as " person's competent trifle in the world " . He wrote some aureole beautiful poems, wrote menand women's love, among all his poems not lack the works which describe theaspiration. Nearly traditional subject matter all appear in his poem as a whole, and the style is various, there are few gaudy works, so, it is to take a part for the whole for the appraisal of " word with gaudy ".Second part: Seen his views of women from Wen Tingyun's woman subject matter poems.This part has defined the range of Wen tingyun's woman subject matter poems at first.In order to probe into the realistic meaning of his poems, I make the analysis one by one to the woman image appear in his works such as prostitute , the rural woman , Yang Guifei, Yu Xuanji, XiaoXiao Su ,etc. Wen Tingyun was close to associate with prostitutes.In his subject matter poems of women, the works of prostitute subject matter account for half.Prostitutes in these works are beautiful and sad. They were lonely and misfortune.In these poems.we can see author's deep understanding and sympathy to them too.The poem of rural woman subject matter has described the rural woman's orbit of life from young girl to middle age, have deep realistic meanings. These views are all progressive and healthy and show Wen Tingyun's sympathize with and respect.to women. Women of Da GuanYuan are all experience out of the ordinary too.
