Comment On The Intellectual's Policy Of The Communist Party Of China At The Initial Stage Of People's Republic's Founding

In contemporary China,the advanced culture that the Communist Party of China represents is the culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Under the situation of reform and open,Getting hold of the direction of advanced culture, and giving impetus to the construction of the culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics, need to handle a great deal of problems well. Among them,the intellectual's problem is a most important theory problem which the Communist Party of China should pay attention to and solve correctly. Because intellectuals are carrier of culture,advanced ideology and culture creator,inheritor and persons who spread,this special identity determines the special status that they are in the cultural construction. History has already been proved,Whether the Party's theory and policy to intellectual are correct or not,reflect whether the Party's attitude towards the traditional culture is correct or not,this has an important bearing on the cultural construction,and become a most sensitive touchstone of the Party. The initial stage of People's Republic 's founding are the beginning of every undertaking of people's regime,in this period,the understanding and attitude towards intellectual's question of the Party play an essential role to the development of this policy in the future. Intellectual policy of the Communist Party is just the best embodiment of attitude to intellectual issue. To study the Party's intellectual policy of this period has extremely important meanings,it has not only reflected the understanding and attitude towards the old intellectual of the Party but also reflected the attitude towards China's traditional culture in the cultural construction of the party even more. During the reform, this will play a role in drawing lessons from and guiding to make relevant policies and do culture construction well of our country in the future. This thesis includes three parts mainly: Chapter one analyzed the basic state of the old intellectuals of new China,Imply the reason why the Communist Party of China implemented intellectual's policy of "be united, educated and transformed"after the foundation of the state;Chapter two analyzed the intellectual's policy of the Communist Party at the initial stage of People's Republic 's founding,this part affirmed the correctness of the intellectual's policy of the Party in the early days of foundation;Chapter three analyzed the Party transform the understanding in such four respects as intellectual's class attribute, advance, ideology and thought's remolding ways in the early days of foundation;Chapter two and chapter three set off the Party's attitude towards culture from the pros and cons respectively. Among them,We can gain experience and lesson. The author hopes this kind of analysis can be helpful to the cultural construction in the present stage of our country.
