Personal modernization has been the front question that the Chinese and foreign theories circle has paid close attention to all the time since it was proposed clearly in 1960's, personal modernization's contents are very abundant, but its essential attribute is propagation of the personal entity. As early as over one hundred years ago, Chinese modernized sport started. At present, Chinese are a kind of " transition person ", namely in the modern's transition, are realizing personal modernization. It is great realistic meanings to advance personal modernization in the new period of building well-off society in an all-round way and advancing Chinese socialist modernization drive. It is a great project full of hardships, its primary problem is to design personal modernization's goal by regarding Marxism as guidelines and proceeding from China's actual conditions, namely ultimate target is to realize the person's free and all-round development and realistic goal is to the new generation of people with lofty ideals, moral integrity, good education and a strong sense of discipline.
