Developmental Characteristics Of Higher Technical Undergraduates' Self-concept And Related Study Of Its Relationship With Mental Health

Self-concept is the system of self-body, self-mental, social cognition and attitude. Mental health is the persistent, stable and positive orientation state when individual meets inner or outer stimulus. The famous psychologist Rogers, Carl Ransom thinks that the difference between the realistic self-concept and ideal self-concept is an important index sign of the mental health state. The self-concept rises to the mental health positive or negative function, be decided by the kind of the self-concept, namely active and enterprising or passive depressed. The positive self-concept will promote the individual mental health. The self-concept of higher technical undergraduate that be placed in the adolescence is still in the steadily development.
