Interaction is the collaborative exchange of thoughts, feelings or ideas between two or more people resulting in a reciprocal effect on each other, which is a very important point in the study of Second Language Acquisition. Classroom Interaction refers to the harmonious resonance of teaching and learning, through which students are enlightened to discover and in turn, they force teachers to stimulate, with teachers as leaders and students as subjects. A lot of foreign researchers, from different angles, have made some theoretic researches about the importance of implementing interaction and its pedagogic significance. But in the practice of our English language teaching, lack of interaction is a common thing. Thus, this thesis is going to have an investigation in this field under the framework of Piaget, Krashen, and Vygotsky et al's theory of interaction.In this thesis, the writer investigated the non-English majors' classroom interactions with a questionnaire, which is composed of 10 questions. Through the answers to these questions, we can get some information about the current non-English majors' classroom interactions from different perspectives and the possible reasons leading to this situation.
