This article studying the year of 1938 analyzed the changes and mutual relation of three major political powers in China of that year and concluded that the year of 1938 is the turning point of new-democratic revolution. The content constitutes of three parts and conclusion including the preface and the text.The first part aims at Chinese Communist Party entering the favorable developmental track and winning the people's support. This chapter studying Chinese Communist Party discussed the establishment of the central leader of Mao ze-dong, the mature guiding ideology of our party, the development of PLA and the changes day after day of the construction of base.The second part aims at the Kuomintang declining and being abandoned by people day by day. This chapter studying Kuomintang and its government of 1938 discussed Kuomintang's one-sided anti-Japanese line which brought about the defeat of the frontal battlefield, going against democratic tide, implementing autocracy being serious inter contradictory, being passive resistance against Japanese aggression but being positive against Communist Party and the people, and being abandoned by people day by day under the good situation of people's widespread approval in the early days of the war against Japanese aggression.The third part aims at Japanese imperialism being declined in the aggression of China and the triumph of national liberation from then. This chapter studying the clue of Japanese imperialism's aggression and Chinese resistance against aggression discussed the unprecedented unite of Chinese people, fighting a bloody battle against Japanese aggression, forming great national condensation and winning the triumph of national liberation from then, though Japanese imperialism's aggression against China reached its most desperation.
