Paper On The Explanation Of The Epirit Connotation Of The Mongolian Epic Jinggar Weing Sculpture Language

The epic is a bright pearl in the history of human culture. Lt is mirror through which we can understand a nation's history, culture and customs. The Mongolian epic Jinggar is a classic work reflecting the culture of northern nations and espically the Mongolian nation. The epic is named after the hero's name, which tells about the vivid story of the hero Jinggar and his bravery soldiers, who together built, defended and united the sacred place of Bao Mu Ba. It is a magnificent epic formed in Mongolian Oriad people in the north and south of Jian Shan spreaded and handed down to this day. As a Mongolian, I wish that the grand epic can spread broader and infect deeper and let different nation's people understand Jinggar well. As a postgraduate of sculpture major I want to express Jinggar in sculpture language and let the people who don't know Mongolian can appreciate the great epic from the sculpture. The expression of the sculpture should concludes the following Firstly, the multitude of characters and the grandeur of the epic should be embodied from the sculpture. Then, the atmosphere of the legend should be constructed. The epic is different from the history. It is the ancient oral literature including many legend contents and figures. So the legend quality should be expressed from the sculpture to make the work more mystic and abundant. Lastly, heros should be eulogized. Those legendary episodes are all the stories of the great brave, who are the ideal hero figures in Mongolian people's mind. So the soul of the epic is to celebrate these heroes. The Chinese civilization is extensive, profound and old, of which the Mongolian culture is an indispensable part. The ancient art shout not be forgotten in modern culture construction. Different arts such as the sculpture and the epic should be combined together to mate the Mongolian culture shown on the historical stages.
