Watch The Outlet Of The Global Problem From The Communicational Reason

Since the Club of Rome put forward this concept of "the global problem" in the seventies of the 20th century, the global problem arouses the attention of academia in many countries. The scholars have carried on research on it in many angles such as philosophy ontology, economics, political science, sociology, anthropology, futurology, systematic theory, etc, and then proposed all sorts of views and solutions. At the same time, the governments of many countries and some international organizations such as the United Nations have taken some measures to solve the severer global problem. But until now they have still not been solved fundamentally and even have the tendency of worsening continuously. This article attempts in terms of a new theory —communicational reason which Habermas advocates—to probe into the outlet of the global problem.In the first chapter, I open out the social and ideal origins that global problem forms according to Marx' "world history" theory, moreover, on the basis of illuminate various kind of theory defects and difficulties about solving global problem. In the second chapter, at first, I explained communicational reason that Habermas constructs. Then, point out emphatically that communicational reason contributes to develop and perfect historical materialism in comparison. And I propose solving the global problem, besides using the basic principle of Marxism to analyze the essence and origin of the global problem, we should draw lessons from western thinker, especially, the communicational reason that Habermas advocates, look for the realistic ways to settle the global problem.In the third chapter, on the basis of analyzing the first part and the second part of this article, I will prove that restraining the tool reason with communicational reason, strengthening talks in the whole world , forming valid criterion and improving the" life world" of the whole world is realistic way to solve global problem. It is impressed enlightenments that the communicational reason which Habermas constructs endows us with.
