The stage of junior middle school is an important turning point in life. The students of junior middle school is at the stage of quick growth in body and knowledge with immature psychology. On the one hand they are faced with serious physical and psychological challenge. On the other hand they have to deal with the increasingly complicated social environment and personal relationship, losing the physical and psychological balance in various contradictions. Many studies show that their self-concept is in the lowest period, and the inner and external factors which exert a great effect on self-assessment always bring about negative self-denial, which can cause a huge emotional fluctuation and a sharp change in ideology. Many studies of psychological health for junior middle-school students is mostly aimed for blues and anxiety but the factors originate from inferiority feeling. Therefore, the study of inferiority feeling can fundamentally solve the psychological problem of middles students, stimulate the development of their physical and psychological health, and provide the theoretical base for the relevant research.The paper is aimed to study characteristics of inferiority feeling, to probe into an interfering scheme from cognitive view and validate the scheme by associating two interfering forms of collective and individual. After the research of collective volume and individual nature, the result shows as follows:1. Inferiority feeling is closely related with automatic thinking, so automatic thinking is a cognitive factor to influence the production of inferiority feeling. It is an effective method to reduce inferiority feeling that the automatic thinking is cognitively interfered and a negative automatic thinking is converted into a positive thinking.2.
