The Study On The Investigation Of Inferiority Trend Of The Junior Middle School Students In Wuhai Municipality And Education Management Suggestions

This investigation, using inferiority questionnaire table, is conducted among 342 junior high school students in Wuhai, The findings are as follows:(l) 34.2% of the students interviewed have the sense of inferiority problem, 6.15% of which are suffering.(2) The sense of inferiority mainly is about in study, intelligence and ability.(3) In the light of gender, there is quite obvious difference in sports between boy students and girl students.(4) In the light of Grade, The obvious difference can be found in appearance among three grades of junior high school and in sports between in Grade one and in Grade three.The reason causing the such result is various. This paper analysis problems from two factors: pupil and school. What about pupil means the characteristic of junior high school pupil that "immature and mature" and "close and open"; The school factor primarily is which refers to the evaluation system, and the second factor is in the school education, educators neglect the demands of the student's self- respect, and the last factor is that the school education not pay attention to the student's mental-health education.The paper brings up three educational suggestions based on the present condition of the sense inferiority of the juuior middle school students in wuhai and maslow's theory: help students become more self-confidence by eahancing student's ability to manage themselves; establish the diversified student's evaluation system to promote the student to completely develop, and set up the sound management system of mental-health eduction.
