Researches suggested the number of younger suicide was increasing by years. For the cause of death, suicide has become one of the three important reasons. Suicide or attempt suicide has been the common phenomena in the university campus in recent years. Suicide has become the first reason for the college students' accidental death. The college students' suicidal risk assessment scale was developed in the research, so as to availably assess the college students' suicidal risk, offering the theory support and suggestion to the college students' suicidal crisis intervention. 1990 Ss were sampled from six universities in JiangSu Province in the research. The explore factor analysis was applied to get the possible structure models of college students' suicidal risk, while the confirmatory factor analysis was used to confirm the structure models. The best structure model was found by Cross-validation. At the same time, the college students' suicidal risk situation in JiangSu Province was researched. The study suggested:(1) The college students' suicidal risk assessment scale has good reliability and validity.(2) The college students' suicidal risk assessment scale is composed of five dimensions: suicide ideation, suicide preparation, despair, suicide recognition, life recognition. Furthermore, suicide ideation, suicide preparation and suicide recognition form one two-step factor named suicide motivation, while despair and life recognition form the other two-step factor named negative emotion. Based on it, a multi-dimension and multi-layer model has been set up.(3) Self-efficiency, social support and other social-psychological factors significantlycorrelated with college students' suicidal risk. High self-efficiency and social support, positive coping style and extroversion personality help to decrease the risk of individual suicide; while the negative life incidents, the negative coping style, neuroticism, depression and other emotion disorders can accelerate the risk of individual suicide.(4) The demography variables, such as gender, grade, closely correlate with the collegestudents' suicidal risk. More attention is deserved paying to these students, such as female students, two-grade students, for the college student suicidal intervention.
