Of them, 17.3% (464/2 679) of female and 10.8% (328/3 037) of male had suicide ideation. The difference between them is statistically significant. The main reasons for suicidal ideation of undergraduates included work or school problem (38.0%), family conflicts (19.6%), poor spirits (12.4%), and problem for love offair (10.1%); The main method of last attempted suicide was adopted tools (46.6%); The main reasons for last attempted suicide included work or school (26.3%), family conflicts (25.00%), problem for love offair (14.5%), poor spirits (10.5%) and physical illness (10.5%); The main intentions of last attempted suicide were relieved soreness (52.0%), intimidated others (11.8%), protested against the conditions (10.5%).
