The Social Security Facilities Or Services Of America In The Course Of Urbanism

With the developing of the modern capitalism economy, the world transformed from agricultural society to industrial society,from country society to urban society, and the social class structure changed too. The farmers started to leave farm and turned to proletarian living on selling labor force. Because of market economy, unemployment became a social problem they could hardly avoid. In addition, class exploiting,wounded due to working,old and infirm etc. also influenced the living of the proletariat, which even lead to social purchasing power deduced. This would lead to social crisis and social unsteady. In this condition, it would be necessary choice for every capitalism nation to offer their people unemployment security,endowment insurance and sickness insurance, and to offer them social welfare such as public education ,social relief etc. If they did as this, it would insure their people's basic life and keep their society long stable. America stepped into industrialize and urbanism in the mid 19th century. Since then, the developing speed of American economy was always quickly, which offered American a lot of choice to develop themselves. Therefore, when the countries such as Germany,England and France etc. devoted themselves to set up social security system actively, American didn't agree with them at all. Because American thought it was only European's thing, American could live on themselves. But, the continuous strike and the great crisis broke out in 1929 broke up the conceit of American completely. The federal government of U.S. had to start to build social security system in the mid 30's in the 20th century. China is a socialism country. It has started to accelerate urbanism,to change it's old economic system and to build socialism market economy system since the 80,90's in the 20th century. With the market regular, China also faces a series of problems such as unemployment,old and infirm crisis and so on. If we learn from American, then it would be our correct choice ,and also be the specific embody of the goodness of socialism to reform our old national security system and to construct social security system actively. That's to say, China should give priority to the development of the unemployment and endowment insurance. At the same time, we should also especially focus on the development of the public education. In addition, we should also notice the balance between the development of urbanism and social security in our country. Only do as this, could the development of China be sustained and stable, and could socialism stand in the world strongly.
