A Study On The Cohesion Means Based On Grammar And Sound

After researched the internal and external discourse cohesion, we found that the division about cohesion means was confused, some was based on form,and some was based on semantics. Up to now,there is no united standard. Even if the cohesion means is based on semantics, there is not a system. However, formal cohesion is a feint, but information reference is the essentional. Discourse cohesion should be based on information reference. And they researched English discourse chiefly.The paper redefines the cohesion means of Chinese discourse from the view of semantic information and non-semantic information reference, including the basic cohesion means and the auxiliary cohesion means.The basic cohesion means is based on semantic information and the auxiliary cohesion means is based on non-semantic information. Then I analyse the auxiliary cohesion means which is based on grammar and sound. The auxiliary cohesion means based on grammar includes antithesis, parallelism ,and so on; the other cohesion means includes rhythm,rhyme,and so on. And then I discuss detailedly the forms and expression effect of the auxiliary cohesion means.
