On The Scientification Of Social Evaluation Criterion

The paper discusses the definition, meaning, feature and levels of the scientific problem of social evaluation criterion(S.E.C)and explores the methodological principle and real possibility to make S.E.C scientific from the angle of Axiology and social evaluation theory.These are the main ideas of the paper. Firstly, S.E.C is the guide that directs people to carry out the social practice. It not only produces from practice but also normalize and correct the practice of people to make practice more beneficial to the survival and development of human itself. It is scientifically defined in comparision to such these concepts as "scientification", "objectivity" and "rationality". The scientification of S.E.C is imperative and urgent in present times. Secondly, S.E.C is produced from practice in which lives and growth, so only in the course is its scientification guaranteed. Because human needs, emotion and value are considered and premeated into S.E.C. The standard of its scientification should be unified between subjectivity and between multivariate and monistic. Whether S.E.C is scientific is mainly embodied in the process of its establishment and implementation and whether evaluation is scientific and rational under the guide of S.E.C. Thirdly, the eventual goal of the scientification of S.E.C is human's overall development freely. The evaluation standard system is comprehensive in order to make S.E.C scientific. With the formation and development of human's practice and knowledge, its standard should be unified between individual discrepancy and objectivity. Realizing scientifically S.E.C is hard the feasibility of scientification of S.E.C according to such particularity of social evaluation as "non- neutral Value" of S.E.C, continuous development and reappraisal.
