Among adolescents with anxiety disorder,the highest incidence is social anxiety and generalized anxiety.Social anxiety refers to the uncomfortable nervous and fearful emotional state that arises in the process of communicating with people.Adolescent students are sensitive,value others evaluation of themselves,want to be recognized by others.If students in this period have high social anxiety,they will avoid social occasions and refuse to make friends,which will have a great impact on their life and learning.Negative interpretation refers to the tendency of individuals to choose threatening interpretations when confronted with ambiguous information.Method : Firstly,200 students were tested with Social Avoidance and Distress questionnaire.Then the scores were ranked according the level,selected 27% of the upper and lower limits of the scores as the subjects of experiment.They were divided into high social anxiety group and low social anxiety group.According to the principle of voiuntariness,60 subjects were selected as experiment 1 and experiment 2,among them 30 high social anxiety and 30 low social anxiety.In order to investigate interpretation bias of adolescents with social anxiety in different situations,the experimental materials were divided into ambiguous non-social situations,ambiguous social situation,ambiguous situations related to self-evaluation and unrelated to self-evaluation.We hope that through the experimental results,targeted intervention guidance can be given to the interpretation bias of adolescents with social anxiety.So as to guide them adapt to school and social life,help them alleviate social anxiety.Results:(1)The results of study 1 show that in vague social situations,the negative explanatory reaction time of students with high social anxiety is significantly lower than that of students with low social anxiety,and there is obvious negative explanatory bias.(2)The results of study 2 show that in the vague social situations related to self-evaluation,the negative explanatory reaction time of students with high social anxiety is significantly lower than that of students with low social anxiety,and thereis obvious negative explanatory bias.In conclusion,the explanatory bias of students with high social anxiety is influenced by scene cues.In social situations,especially those related to self-evaluation,individuals with high social anxiety are more likely to have negative explanatory bias.
