With the popularity and development of internet, the effect of "the double blades of a sword" bring out. Many college students dilapidate school-woks because of indulging networks, even some undergraduate have got mental and physical disorder , which be called "internet addiction disorder". This "internet addiction disorder "bring serious hurts to family, school and society. Hence, it becomes an inevitable and urgent issue for us to strengthen the study and psychoanalysis on internet using behaviors and internet addiction among University Students.This article firstly introduces in detail the forming and development, features and fiinctions of the network and present situation of college students using the network, and then with psychological theories, especially Maslow's theory of human need, analyzes and discusses Internet using behaviors and internet addiction of university students from a new point of view. It expands the positive and negative effects the network has had on the college students and the behavior and harm of the internet addition. In view of the negative effects of the network on university students' study, relationship, psychology, and health etc. and internet addition disorder state, according to the concept of tertiary prevention of the mental hygiene, it finds out ways and methods to prevent and intervene those internet addition disorder; thus put forward powerful theories to instruct college students to use network properly.
