As well known, product user interface is a bridge between "user" and "product" and play an important role in the theory of product design system. From the reality perspective, the company also needed to use the product user interface design to the fierce competition in the market to achieve competitive advantage. Therefore, the relevant research on products user interface is needed soon.In current situation, early research mostly based on the Human Engineering research, focus on the "Size" and "efficiency" and other material factors, and lack of research on different cultures, different social environments, different user lifestyles such as "social & culture" and "psychological factor" in non-material factors. In the study system, lack of the user cognitive models and communication channels in product user interface design research.Therefore, this article based on Anthropology, Sociology, Semiotics and Cognitive psychology, look forward to building a broad knowledge framework to find out the method of cognitive and communicate in our research. From the traditional way, User interface is divided into broad and narrow interface. Broadly user interface involved all areas of information in the exchange of users and products. It should be pointed out that the present discussion of "products user interface" between the product is targeted at users with " hardware cognitive interface ", and "narrow user interface" is not the emphasize of this paper.The basic structure consists of four main parts:The first part is chapter I and II. Through the overview of research background and the definitions, classification and analysis, to defining the direction of our research.The second chapter is the core issue of our paper, and divided into three chapters. Analysis the product user interface with the three major characteristics, from "the macro perspective of history way";Then based on the cognitive psychology to research product user interface design methods and evaluation system from the users perspective while studying from "cross-cutting way", summed up the five products convey in the product user interface.The third part is case study in Samsung design. Through the work experience in the international company, I want to analysis the case in deep view and improved the view of this paper, after the case study there is three extended thinking.The fourth part is the results of research. The author discussed the summary to the main achievement and the mentality, and review the forecast to its development tendency, and to achieve touch the hearts of the users are industrial products designers' goals.
