Education Construction And System Innovation In The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Areas During Anti-Japanese War

During Anti-Japanese War, under the instruction of "the wartimeeducation" policy proposed by the Communist Party of China, the education construction in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Areas developed on the backward foundation. The Border Areas government and people overcame various difficulties, established the relatively complete education system mainly including the education to school age children, to cadre and to the masses. In the process of the construction, the Border Areas government and people combined the war demand and the areas actual, continuously reformed the education system and the teaching forms, and gradually formed the new education system with the wartime features and the border areas place features. The education not only met the war needs and serve the war ,but also had the distinct era characteristic in the education system, the construction thought, the teaching mode and the education management etc.The education construction and the system innovation did major contribution to strive for the victory of Anti-Japanese War, to the consolidation and development of the politics and economy, to the stability and relatively harmonious development of the society in border areas. In the same time, it had important significance in the policy of the Communist Party of China rooted in the hearts of people and the education system establishment of new China.
