Family ethic is always consistent with the society. Nowadays, the style of our society is being innovated, and confusability occurred in the field of family ethic. Not only does it affect the steady and happiness of family, but also postpones the development of our social culture. So, it is very important to reconstruct a new family ethic adapted to the society.Three parts are involved in this article:1 the significance of modern family ethic constructionThe construction of family ethic does not only concern the family happiness and social steady, but also is the important component of the social morality construction, in the meantime it is the basis of personal socialization. According to the development of our society, the field of family ethic has developed some new characteristic, and it involves: the equality of family members, democracy, the changes of family key from parents-child relationship into husband-wife relationship, multi-evaluating-organization of family, and so on. And family ethic is also faced the challenge of modern social politics, economics, thoughts and culture. So , it is necessary to construct family ethic.2 the main points of modern family ethic constructionFirst, the construction of family ethic should intensify the husband-wife ethic relationship. Because the later is the foundation of the whole family ethic. At present the status of wedlock of our country is generally well, but the continuously increased divorce rate still exist which affect the steady of family. In this part we discussed the reason of the high divorce rate from the positive and the negative sides. To improve the husband-wife relation, seven moral facts are needed include sex-equality, living concord. Second we discussed the generation relationship, mainly from two aspectinvolve how the parents should bring-up the child and how the child should support the parents. Last we discussed how to treat the neighbor relationship, involve trusting in each other, and respecting each other.3 the main approach of modern family ethic construction A combination of family, school and society is needed to construct the modern family ethic. First we should improve the construction of the family itself by intensifying the education of family virtue, emphasizing family education. Second we should construct a good social environment by optimizing the community environment, making a fair and healthy social public environment, intensifying legal mechanism of family ethic construction. Last we should develop family ethic education in school. By this point we discussed how to develop family ethic education according to the difference of the students in primary school, high school and university.
