This thesis studies the conception of the life of Silicon. It is common knowledge that the life on earth is based on Carbon. Then is whether the life of Silicon similituded with one of Carbon? The thesis first studies the essence of life about origin and nature between the life of Carbon and that of Silicon. It can be concluded that it is impossible that life of Silicon appears throughout nature evolution. Because computer structure is based on Silicon, we can try to define artificial intelligence in terms of the life of Silicon. The essence of life is the first problem we face, and its results will ground this thesis. Along with the development of science, as well as the change of times, there appeared various definitions of life. On the basis of contribution made by previous thinkers, this thesis brings up a new definition that life means primarily information. It is my understanding that the basic activation of life means information, the growth of life, genetic variation, and the evolution means also the exchange of information. Furthermore, even the thinks of which humans are always proud, and the emotion that exist in all kinds of form of human communication mean also the exchange of information.Breed on the definition of life as information, and on theory of cognitive computational ism, I strive to analyse the rational thinking, perceptive thinking, the affection of body on intelligence, and morality and society. It is my conclusion that it is possible to realize the intelligence with social trait and the view of value. In addition, this thesis analyses and criticizes some popular challenges concerning intelligence, including incompleteness theorem.
