In the Experience Economic Society, People' s need become the demand of Personal achievement after the satisfaction of physiological need, safe need, social need, respectful need. In the Experience Economic Society, the concept of Customer Centered will be carried forward. What the corporate provides will not be merchandise or service but the experience. The experience is not rational, on this ground,the subjective sense of consumer are taken into account. How can we measure the subjective sense of consumer?This is the question we will solve in the dissertation.In the second and Third chapter, the dissertation discusses the psychological and consume characters of undergraduates and market circumstance of mp3. The Forth chapter is the theory research part. On the basis of research on the Customer Value Theory and Risk Management-theory, we introduce the consumer satisfaction into the psychological evaluation of the development course of new product.From this point, we find the break through point of the dissertation, namely, carry out the psychological evaluation of undergraduate MP3 design through the measurement of consumer satisfaction. The main part of the dissertation is the fifth charter. It' s the positive research under the direction of theory. We collect 81 elements of psychological evaluation for mp3 design. Through the factor analysis, we get the attitude scale of the strategic design of mp3 for undergraduate. The evaluation scale are made up of 17 main factors.The scale is effective and creditable, so that it can provide reference for design of mp3.The research has its limitation because of the questionaire, but it is an attemptation of using factor analysis to do psychological evaluation of strategic design for product.
