Scientific Concept About The Methodology Of Industry Design

Industry design is the comprehensive and frontier science that research men and things, products and environment, demand and cultures, while, the integrating and the crossing are its basic attributes. The mission of method is to lead the thinking to know the object along the correct route. So while describing the scientific methodology of industry design, we should understand the basic intension of design and method, and this is the original intention of writing chapter two of the article. The chapter describes the basic intension of design, the range of industry design discipline research, the concept of methodology, the development and structure of methodology, and the basic knowledge of industry design methodology.The design is the science of artificial things. The "thing" in the reason refers to the behavior and information exchange among people or between people and things under a certain particular space-time. In the course of the "thing", there are some meanings of people's consciousness, and the thing changes the states. The lifespan of "thing" is the development, production, circulation, consumption and course scrapping, which corresponds to the states of products, goods, articles, wasted product. And chapter three expounds the fact this four kinds of "thing attitudes", the different people and environments, and the different "things" among people or between people and things corresponding to different states.The essence of design is creating. Creation is not only the basic ability of design but also the power of design. The full performance of creation will bring limitless vigor for design. And the formulation and full play of creativity must depend on the full play of creative thinking. So, we can say that creative thinking is the core of the whole art design, whose essence is "choosing", "breaking through" and "rebuilding". The creative theoretical foundation is the sudden-change theory, we can utilize the external causes which initiate sudden-change to strengthen the possibility of create. Chapter four of article describes the dialectical relation between design, thinking and method, and the concrete creation method of industry design. I prove the thinking method with my match works and actual event to probe the possibility to create thinking with it.The industry design is adjusting the specific and whole unreasonable factors from the system of production and life style to form a kind of new coordination. And the design program can guarantee designs to have a scientific and impersonal ability and method, and is the important tool to guarantee designs finishing in high-efficient Chapter five of article expounds the fact concrete procedure of industry design from two kinds of design which are improved design and concept design. I use actual project of my work studio as an example to demonstrate it.Design is the development discipline, and scientific view to design methodology requires usto understand it with development view. Last chapter describe the evolution of history of idea about industry design, including the foreland design method and idea nowadays. The aim is probing into and looking forward to the new design method and idea in the future, advocating serving people by way of industry design, and incorporating the industry design to the creating harmonious society.
