The rule theory of centralization political of the autocratic monarchy was becoming riper in the Emperor Wen and Jing periods. With the purpose of a long—term stable Han Empire, rulers and political thinkers, after constant exploration, had set up a set of comparatively systematic governable ideas and behavioral guidelines, which based on former political legacy, especially on the lesson of the short blessing of Qin Dynasty. Just because of untiring pursuit and practices for a prosperous Empire, the first prosperous flourishing age of feudal society in China was presented after the foundation of Empire Han tens years later, instead of crash of Empire like Empire Qin.This thesis discusses the question in terms of social development, analyze this question with China's philosophy theory.
