And The Transmutation Of Aesthetics In May-4～(th) Period

The May-4th Movement is an important stage in which Chinese culture is changed from tradition to modern time, undoubtedly the is the significant and clarion journal of the enlighten movement. It is both the terminator of the old culture and the pioneer of the new culture. A revolutionary swelling tide is made by it in so many fields such as ideology ,politics, literature ,drama, and ethic and so on .As a famous journal, it carries many meanings of culture .When returned to that era ,we are conquered by culture information which was written in such an abundant and dynamic way. However, because of the history, people only focus the journal on the field such as aesthetics, resolves and discusses the aesthetics phenomenon. To do this, the aesthetics transmutation relation between journal and May-4th is illustrated. So we can explore the value in Chinese aesthetics phylogeny.This dissertation is based on the works published on the journal. Combined with the aesthetics context which is fused and communicated with China and West in the late Qing dynasty and the early Republic of China, we use the induction and deduction method and the principle of the phenomenology to refloat and clean up the literature and historical materials which has aesthetics value. The full text is divided into three sections. The first section shows the modern pursue of the modal aesthetics, the second section analyzes the modern pursue of the tasting modality, the third section discuss the collision in transmutation. We also discuss and analyze some important concepts such as nature and reality, elegancy and sublime and ugly, utility and hyper utility, modality and content, classic and modern etc. And we make this as clew to outline the developing locus of the modern aesthetics to achieve the purpose of reverting the aesthetics value of the as the culture carrier ,and to enrich the research purpose modern aesthetics.
