Exerting the advantage of the fathers' role as the model of their children. The reason of fathers' success is because they could find their self-potential. In order to reach the purpose of education, fathers should depend on their own behavior and care for their children.3. Advocating fathers' appreciation for their children instead of educating them without criticizing. Fathers' should always encourage and praise their children, improving children's self-confidence, but when they find children's problem in moral character or problems affecting children's growth, they must point out and criticize in time.4. Respecting children's interest, not adding fathers' expectation on children. It is the most important matter for children to live happily and to do a work that they like. Only in this way, they can have long-term power. Fathers should not intervene children's freedom, giving them wide room for hovering.
