The Study On The Relationship Among The Middle School Students’ Father Rearing Style,Self Consistency And Congruence And Academic Burnout

In recent years the father’s rearing style and learning burnout has become an important topic of psychology. Junior middle school students’learning situation decide their development in the future. There are many studies about the relationship of teenagers’ father rearing style and learning burnout, but these studies haven’t involved "self consistency and congruence". In this study it is one of topics in order to discuss the demographic differences and relationship of junior middle school teenagers’father parenting style, self consistency and congruence and learning burnout.This study based on questionnaire of 391 students in a junior middle school in Xining of Qinghai. The study used the Father Rearing Style Scale from Dongmei Yue (EMBU) and the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale by Dengfeng Wang (SCCS) and the Learning Burnout Scale(MBI-GS) by Shaocong Xue. The result is as follows:First, the father rearing styles of the junior middle school students have a significant differences in gender, the only child and the non singleton child, the father’s different jobs, grades and home locations.Second, the junior middle school students’self consistency and congruence condition is good. It has a significant difference between the only child and the non one-child familiesThird, the junior middle school students’ learning burnout situation is not bad. The differences of learning burnout of the only child and the non one-child, grades and home locations are significant.Fourth, the "emotional warmth""the punishment severity""the refusal to deny""the preference for the test""the over protection"of the father’s rearing style and the self-harmonious total marks are significantly correlated.Fifth, the junior middle school students’ father rearing styles of the various dimensions and the total scores of learning burnout is significantly correlated.Sixth, the junior middle school students’ academic burnout and self consistency and congruence is a positive significant correlation.Seventh, "emotional warmth" "the punishment severity""the refusal to deny"of father’s rearing style have a indirect influence on learning burnout through self consistency and congruence; "the preference for the test""the over protection" have a totally mediation effect of burnout through self consistency and congruence.
