The Middle East is the kaleidoscope of world politics. Most countries in the Middle East founded nation-state around the Second World War. During the Cold War, these countries were in social transition stage form traditional society to modern society. The article is to study the Middle Mast's relation with the super power-USA and Soviet from the angle of the political system during the late the Cold War in order to find the influence of political system on the diplomacy in the specific area during the special time.
