The Middle East is the kaleidoscope of world politics. Most countries in the Middle East founded nation-state around the Second World War. During the Cold War, these countries were in social transition stage form traditional society to modern society. The article is to study the Middle Mast's relation with the super power-USA and Soviet from the angle of the political system during the late the Cold War in order to find the influence of political system on the diplomacy in the specific area during the special time. The article deals with it by three sections: political system in the Middle East, Middle East's relation with the USA and Soviet, the influence of political system on the diplomatic tendency.The first section: the type and character of political system in the Middle EastThe political system is the unity between the form of state and form of government namely is the unity of the quality of class government, form of polilitical power organization and form of class government. Political system not only contains the form of the ruling class's power organization and system concerned, but also party election and ruling ideology. As far as Middle East is concerned, it is divided into four types according to the political system: republic countries, monarchy countries, theocracy, and one-party despotic countries.â… Republic countries: There are 9 countries: Turkey,Israel,Egypt,Lebanon,Cyprus,Afghanistan,North Yemen,South Yemen,Palestine.
