The characteristic of harmonious society consists 6 parts.They are democracy and rule by law, fair and justice, sincerity and amity, fullof energy, stability and order, get on well with each other of human beings andnature.Part two: The concrete requests of harmonious society. The constructionof harmonious society is a tremendous system engineering, It puts forwardmany new requests for our country. It should be like this: harmoniousdevelopment of economy and society, reasonable social structure, every socialmembers are fair, the society is fair and impartial, perfect social securitysystem, and so on.Part three: The position and function of perfect sincerity mechanism toharmonious society. Perfect sincerity mechanism is an important part in thecourse of building harmonious society. It's the most valuable factor for societyharmonious development. It's a kind of lacking moral resources in harmonioussociety. It's demand of modern society inside. Harmonious society includesmany harmony, such as economy, politics, culture, science and technology, andso on. Generally, it includes material civilization, spiritual civilization andpolitical civilization. Perfect sincerity mechanism plays an important role inthese three domains.
