Through the uproars of history, there was a new literary pattern—The Land Reform's Novels--rose up from late 1940s to early 1950s in China. Since then it had emerged in endlessly. Those novels put focuses on these subjects: policy of the land reform movements, farmer is the lord of the nation, release productivity, and so on.This thesis intends to study the imagination and narration of The Land Reform's Novels at the beginning of the People's Republic of China , to explain their features, to disclose the literary meaning and the political sense. Compare to others' viewpoints, the thesis explores the social and literary background of the Land Reform's Novels, and the literary milieu at that time firstly, then explains the imagination and narration of the Land Reform's Novels. In the end , the thesis discusses the literary meaning of the Land Reform's Novels and believes it had created a new literary form in Chinese literature history.There are 3 parts in the thesis: The first part depicts the social and literary circumstances of Land Reform Novels. From 1940 to 1959, Chinese Land Reform Policies changed some times and applied probability for the Land Reform's Novels . The literary creation was restricted by the literary arrangement, then Describe Policy became a tide in china.The second part explains Land Reform's authors have common responsibility and experience to write novels in the political airs. Their feelings fasten on the passion that they take up with the Land Reform's tide and are anxious to show the movements in open hearts. Many of them respond the policy's vocation thus their novels usher a triumphant fire. The subjects of these novels includes strong political intention can demonstrate their narrative method is to imagine and describe the Land Reform between the literary system and the traditional taste standard. Moreover , there are few Heterogeneity Texts under the pressure of Describe Policy and unfold a different Land Reform.The last part probes into the literary meaning of Land Reform's Novels. Its Land Complex comes from the Agrestic Novels, while the principal part value hails from the Yan An Literature's model--Describe Policy, which means literature is a servant to politics. This type of creation has influenced on not only Land Reform's Novels but also Reform's Novels in new era.
