| Focusing on the historical TV play HanWu Emperor, which is the result of recreation of the history of Han dynasty, the dissertation aims to arrange and display the process from historical literal description to TV pictures, through which we can discover a kind of ambiguous opacity between history and historical TV play and have a look of the special aesthetic quality of historical TV play creation. Besides, the success of HanWu Emperor can be served as a good example of historical TV play, especially on the aspect of recreation of history. And this essay can be divided into five parts:The first part is introduction, which mainly introduces the reasons and perposes of the dissertation.The second part, called palace, selectes six incidents happened in the palace for case study: Mother of Emperor Han Jing suggested King Liang as the Crown Prince, Yuang Ang encountered assassination, Zhi Dus and Wei Wan tried the case of assassination encountered by Yuang Ang, the death of Li Ji; Liu Rong was forced to commit suicide, and Dou Ying was killed for his fabrication of imperial edict. Through the arrangement and description of the above cases, the process of recreation from historical records to images on the screen can be revealed.The third part, named war, selects some incidents and persons concerning the war between Han dynasty and Minority Xiong Nu for analysing the recreation of war in the HanWu Emperor, including Yin Zhixie killed his father, the military advisor of Minority Xiong Nu .Zhong Xingyue, Finghting Hard in Dingxiang, Li Guang died in battle, and Yin Zhixie was killed by arrows.The forth part named emotion selects three scenes in the play to analyse the recreation of emotional parts. They are: to hide Chen Ajiao in the golden house, Liu Ling's love and hate, sick Li Yan covered her face refusing to see Emperor HanWu.The fifth part is conclusion pointing out the success of HanWu Emperor has great value on historical TV play.
