Research On Quotation In The Poetical Theory Of Chinese Ancient

Quotation is one kind of art expressing means and the language rhetoric method, quoting the myth, the historical story, as well as the Confucian classics, history, philosophy and belles-letters, the Ballad and Saying, the predecessor prose sentence, and so on, expressing tactfully thought and opinion, proving oneself viewpoint. Quotation is also one kind of ultra collection code language form which joins ancient in modern sight, this article, from the poetry theory angle ,discusses Quotation in the Chinese ancient.Form the history lasted order, The article analyzed the historical evolution of Quotation in the literature theory history, elaborated the performance of Quotation in the Chinese ancient poetry theory style. Checking the ancient text of the analects, from the pre-Qin to the Han Dynasty, is the germination of Quotation theory. Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties time, Liu Xie "Wen Xin Diao Long" and Zhong Rong "Shi Pin" carry on more comprehensive elaboration about the Quotation, to establish the basic frame for the Quotation theory, so this symbolizes that Quotation theory truly fall into a pattern. In the Tang Dynasty and Five Dynasty , "Shi Ge" ,one kind of new poetry theory literary style , appeared and became more prosperous. Some poetry critics naturally regarded "Ge" as a standard to judge Quotation, appraised the success and failure of poetry Quotation, savored whether the style was high or low. Their judgments greatly impelled to the development of Quotation. To the Song Dynasty , the status of "Shi Ge"started to reduce, "Shi Hua" replaced its status and occupied the leadership. In addition, the poet more frequent useness of the Quotation paid poetry critics' attention, their comments has accelerated the Quotation theory's prosperity, and pushed the Quotation theory to the high tide. In Yuan Dynasty, the poetry critics began to discuss the Quotation from the angle of "Shi Fa"; Ming and Qing Dynasty's "Shi Hua" also furthered to probe into the Quotation and made the Quotation theory deepen.From the crosswise aspect, the article inquired the actuation mechanism and the esthetic effect of Quotation. The Quotation's production and development is the result that many internal and external causes affect together. The characteristics of Quotation's structure and form are identical with those of the Chinese classical poetry , they decided the Quotation's destiny; The Quotation's existence, the Chinese traditional thought culture and the doctrine of each generation's "back to the ancients" are external cause to impel the development and prosperous of the Quotation. For a kind of means fusing ancient and modern sight, the Quotation's charm lies in the esthetic effect which is rich in meanings, tactful in methods and surmounts the space and time.
