The Research Of Chinese LOFT Reconstruction Containing Continuable Thoughts

Loft now means flexible and large space with multi-use, which is reconstructed with Industry workshop out of date. Loft reconstruction is an effectual form of architectural update-design and recycles. It is an advanced product of secular development of continuable architecture concept and city concept. My article theoretically studied Loft reconstruction of China in four sections hereinafter. In the first section, I mainly presented basic conceptions of Loft including Loft's development, connotation and extension, exterior characters and psychic essentials. In the second section, I mainly presented interior design of Loft including design characteristics and design techniques, design contents and design fundamentals. In the third section, I mainly presented Chinese actuality of Loft reconstruction including Loft reconstruction examples in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Kunming and Nanchang, and several problems in China. In the forth section, I mainly presented continuable development thoughts of Loft reconstruction including definition and naissance of continuable development thoughts, 《Burra Charter》 and reconstruction recycles, continuable spirits of Loft reconstruction.
