Cultural and creative industrial park,as an important carrier of national cultural industry development and platform to promote the development of China's cultural industry,is of great significance.After nearly 10 years of rapid development,China has initially formed a new pattern under which national cultural industry demonstration park and base play the leading role,provincial and municipal cultural industrial park and base serve as the backbone,the characteristic cultural industries as fulcrum.In this way,all sectors can jointly promote the cultural industry and accelerate the development of this new pattern.However,some problems also occur despite the rapid development of industrial parks,such as excessive quantity of parks,scattered resources,the identical development patterns,a thick atmosphere of real estate,unclear orientation of the parks,identical industrial structures and segregated system of the parks without necessary division of labor and cooperation.What is more,after the completion of the parks,such is the phenomenon that high rent with low business occupancy rate is common,which makes it difficult to attract creative class,therefore it is not healthy to generate a profound cultural atmosphere,etc.OCT-LOFT is a cultural and creative industrial park with great influence not only in the South China but also the whole country.After more than ten years of rapid development,it has also begun to encounter bottlenecks such as the saturation of development space,the single profit model and the weak industrial agglomeration effect.Based on the theory of industrial agglomeration,the framework of cultural industry analysis and economic analysis model,this paper uses PEST,Porter diamond model,value chain and SWOT and other strategic analysis tools to clarify the opportunities and threats that the parks are currently facing,the advantages and disadvantages.It will also take into consideration of the influencing factors of strategic choice,and the author of this paper suggest that OCT Creative Park should diversify and expand multiple development strategies,supplemented by intensive growth strategy and integrate growth strategy,consolidate the foundation of industrial development,so as to realize a professional development pattern of intensification,specialization with large scales.
