Under this situation, the restudy of Chinese Socialism , the research of the idealistic and cultural meaning of Marxism and Socialism in Chinese history and practice, are both urgent problems for Chinese intelligentsia.This thesis is just under such a kind of background to read the text and think about the matter. Barthes, and shows the rereading pose in which the writer regards the objects of study as lisible texts.Chapter 1 tries to dialogize with the elucidatory system and explains that the two standpoints of humanitarian ism and traditional socialism were both influenced by trend of thought in 1980's. Zhangwei neither denied traditional socialism easily nor cuddled reformation and opening affirmatively by rereading the text. The attitude of Guchuan is complicated . The work tried to practice a way of transcending by the dramatis personae Baopu.Chapter 2 continues to explain the novel Shouhuo. This part tries to show the complicated thoughts of Yan Lianke about experience, ideal and practice of socialism, by way of analyzing allegorical scene and connotative problem caused by the body of Lenin and exploring symbolic meanings of dramatis personae, Liu yingQue and MaozhiPO.The importance of quizing problems is emphasized again in the Epilogue: literary inditing and criticism should pay attention to the writing problems of socialistic experience.
