The main purpose of this article is achieving rapid social development by analyzing the developing realities of socialistic humanitarianism. The main object of this article is socialistic humanitarianism. It is an especial humanitarianism that is different from capitalistic humanitarianism and is a humanitarianism of new type.In the direction of putting forward the questions,analyzing the questions,solving the questions the article proposes the humanitarianism connotation and its two forms firstly. Carrying on the contrastive analysis to the article it points out that relative to the capitalistic humanitarianism socialistic humanitarianism has an exceptive advantage of itself. Through proposing the questions the article analyzes the developing process,present situation,and the problems appearing to the process in the second section. In this section the main aim is proposing the possible problem in present stage of developing humanitarianism during analyzing present situation. It provides an accurate goal to solve the problem for the next part. In the last part the article proposes the best methods to solve the problems that is the concrete approach for developing socialistic humanitarianism. The article finally draws an important conclusion that socialistic humanitarianism is the most realistic humanitarianism. It abandons class false of capitalistic humanitarianism and realizes free and equality of human being in the true sense. The article advances an important conclusion: socialistic humanitarianism is a humanitarianism that is in the basement of capitalistic humanitarianism and takes its essences and abandons its dregs. Socialistic humanitarianism is the most positive humanitarianism in worldwide.
