This paper take the Foucault's critique subject as a starting point, carefully surveys the most important and basic problems of Foucault's theory: the subject, the discourse and the power. And from the penetration Foucault's discussion modes to these philosophical basic questions, inquiring into the Foucault's literature viewpoint spreaded in his theory. Foucault considers that subject is the product of humanity construction, inevitably has the process of it's origin and doom. The emergence of subject causes the discourse suffering bondage, while disappearance of subject will lead to the liberation of discourse. To view of the literature domain, the doom of subject and the liberation of discourse means the author faces the crisis as the subject of the traditional literature words, the author's words hegemony status receives vacillation, the literature words liberation function receives attention and advocation day by day. After the discourse get rid of the bondage of subject, and when the discourse in face of its own return, it inevitably suffer the threaten of the power. But the microscopic operation way of power causes the power by the creative posture intertwines with discourse mutually. The kind of relation between power and discourse displaying in the literature world represent the literary popular and secularism. Through concretely analysis of Foucault's theory, we have reconsidering to literature under the Chinese speech environment: Foucault's rejection to the subject certainly does not mean that our literature no longer needs the subject, how the writer found his own localization, the literature how constructs it's own space, these all are the beneficial ponder to the Foucault's theory.
