As our country is at a turning of it's overall development, social life is becoming more and more open and pluralistic, and all kinds of social problems keep cropping up. As a result, moral life is becoming increasingly complex. How can we cope with the circumstances? The anthor of the dissertation believes that we need the moral creative capacity to equip us to cope with the increasingly complex moral life in the contemporary society. However, the traditional moral edcation in our country ignores human subjectivity and creativeness, and pays too much emphasis on moral normalization, limiting the formation and development of educatees' moral creative capacity. To some extent, the traditional model of the moral edcation leads to the fact that educatees can only adjust themselves to their environment passively and they are often at a loss with moral conflicts. Therefore, it is not only a practical demand but also an unavoidably important subject in the research on moral education to systematically analyze and search into moral creative capacity.Mainly adopting methods of literature review and theoretical analysis, the anthor studies moral creative capacity and its cultivation.
