This paper takes manufacturing workers as research object to discover the main components of job satisfaction of them.This paper also intends to study the relationship among job satisfaction,job burnout and turnover.The manufacturing worker's job satisfaction questionaire is based on the well known questionaire developed by professor named Ling Wenquan.And then modified it by interviewing and expert consultation.After such a modifying process,a job satisfaction questionaire composed four dimensions is formed.The structure of this questionnaire was resested by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis . The manufacturing worker's job satisfaction questionnaire is adopting to measure the the job satisfaction in manufacturing workers with vivid structure,good reliability and validity.At the same time,some conclusions are listed as follows:The study shows the four dimensions of job satisfaction are significantly related with job burnout and turnover intension.Job satisfaction predicted job burnout and turnover intension.The average job satisfaction level isn't high,especially the average level of the two dimensions named'self-development'and'economic reward'are very low.The average level of job burnout isn't high,and the average turnover intension level is quite high. The differences in terms of age, work age, education experiences and being married or not are significant, but not significant in gender.Based on this study, the paper presents some management suggestions to the managers.
