Employee turnover has been given a lot of modern enterprises.If the employee rate is too high,it will bring many harms to the enterprise,such as increasing the cost of the enterprise's human resource management,making the enterprise's staff morale lax and damaging the enterprise's reputation.A large number of studies have shown that Employee turnover has a relationship with job satisfaction,and leadership style is an important factor affecting job satisfaction and turnover.In this context,it is particularly important to explore the relationship among leadership style,employee job satisfaction and turnover intention.In this article,the proposes of this research is to find difference in job satisfaction and turnover intention of demographic variables;the proposes of this research is to seek the relation among Job satisfaction,employees turnover intention and Leadership style.The propose of this research is to find to how leadership style and job satisfaction affects to turnover intention;the proposes of this research is Job satisfaction is mediation variable between leadership style and turnover intention.540 employees working in xx city was surveyed.The conclusion is as follows:1.There are remarkable difference in job satisfaction,Paternalistic leadership style of demographic variables.but there are on remarkable difference in turnover intention of demographic variables.2.Paternalistic leadership style has an impact on turnover intention.There is no relation between the virtuous leadership style and employees turnover intention.There is no relation between moral leadership style and employees turnover intention;A positive relation between the authority leadership style and employees turnover intention;3.Paternalistic leadership style has an impact upon Job satisfaction.Benevolent leadership and moral leadership are positively correlated with the total score of job satisfaction and each dimension.There was no correlation between authoritarian leadership and job satisfaction scores and dimensions.4.A negative relation between the Job satisfaction and employee turnover intention;5.Job satisfaction,turnover intention and leadership style is established simple linear regression model;authoritarian leadership has a negative prediction effect on job satisfaction and its dimensions;moral leadership has a positive prediction effect on job satisfaction and its dimensions.Authoritarian leadership has a positive prediction effect on employee turnover tendency.The total score of job satisfaction has a negative predictive effect on turnover intention.6.Employee job satisfaction score plays an intermediary role between authoritarian leadership and turnover intention.Employee job satisfaction score plays an intermediary role between benevolent leadership and turnover intention.Based on the conclusion of this study,some management suggestions are put forward on how to improve the leadership style of enterprises,improve the job satisfaction of employees and control the turnover intention.
