This paper discusses the semantic direction of the complement in structure of S+V+C+O. Analyses focuses on the decisive factors of the semantic direction on the subject or the object and explains the disequilibrium between sentences of ths semantic direction on the subject and sentences of the semantic direction on the object in language practice.The paper consists of six parts.
