| Chinese people were distressed extremely in the 1930s and 1940s. They undergone the Anti-Japan War and Civil War during 12 years. The beacon of two wars made China turbulently. That period right was significant historic turning point which China people went forward from darkness to glory and from degeneration to regeneration. Under this background the poet Hangyuehe established POETRY CREATION (July, 1947) and CHINESE NEW POETRY (August, 1948), two journals of new poetry , which indicated the formation of this school and the symbol of its maturity. There were so many remarkable young poets center on these two journals, they are Xindi,Chenjingrong,Duyunxie,Hangyuehe,Zhengmin,Tangqi,Tangshi, Yuankejia and Mudan. In 198 Jiangsu People's Press published Jiuye Poetry firstly. It was wrote by nine poets mentioned above. Yuankejia named them Jiuye School. And then the designation was admitted by academic circles.Jiuye School longitudinal inherit Classical Chinese Poem traditional and Modern Chinese Poem traditional, especially the Modernist School of poetry in the 1930s. And they emulate the quintessence of Western Modernism Poem crosswise. Jiuye School has their own distinctive aesthetic sense of poem. First, poem is a total reflection of actuality and human life. Second, actualities and arts are balanced. Third, political affairs and arts of poem are parallel.
