In the 14~17th centuries of the Renaissance,Western Europe not only realized the renaissance of culture but also found two worlds of human and nature.They knew that man had his own power and value when people observed the world again,and began to unfold their own characters at will in all fields,everyone strove upward and pursued boldly a new life they liked.In Middle Ages, agriculture was regarded as the foundation of Western Europe, commerce was once edged out of feudal manors to the verge of dying, naturally,merchants weren't treated as official social members.But the circumstances of inside and outside Western Europe decided that the system of manor was weak, which provided some vitality and developing spaces for western Europe merchants.the inner of manor neither reached complete self-sufficiency nor was able to feed additional population.So coming back to the commercial tradition is an inevitable choose to meet the needs of everyday life.In the Renaissance, the merchants of Western Europe were a new group that had originated from the outside of traditional society but grew up in Western Europe.They pursued a code of conduct that"I created myself". This active attitude towards life and tracing exploration spirit broke the silence in Western Europe,and opened a prologue to social transformation of Western Europe.For merchants,it wasn't a alternative deed but to leave their land and get the freedom of business.In order to live,they feared nothing and had the spirit of adventure and exploration,innately.They brought themselves under control of trade guilds,business leagues and commercial companies,were bold in commercial adventures and technological innovations, made business more and more safe and regular,cultivated the sense of modern enterprise,accumulated some experiences of organization and management of companies in the process of trade.They paved own ways with the wealth deprived from business,legislated for their own,administered cities,participated in current politics,threw...
