Cultural construction in the country has always been in a strategic and basic position.General Secretary Xi Jinping said that a nation,the prosperity of a country,always supported by cultural prosperity,the Chinese nation needs to revive the development of Chinese culture as a condition for prosperity.The construction of rural culture is not only the requirement of rural modernization,but also an important part of building the socialist harmonious society.The construction of rural culture is of great significance to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This thesis takes the rural cultural construction in the decisive stage of building a comprehensive well-off society as the research object.In order to explore the countermeasures to promote the rural cultural construction at the present stage,this thesis expounds the urgency and importance of the decisive stage of building a comprehensive well-off society of promoting rural cultural construction and the present situation of rural culture construction,and the rural cultural construction experience in the past.Therefore,this paper mainly consists of five parts.The first part is introduction.First of all,this thesis discusses the background and significance of the research,then combined with the domestic scholars on the study of rural cultural construction,and finally made a definition of the concept of rural cultural construction.The second part includes two parts of the content.On the one hand,this thesis expounds the strategic position of the rural cultural construction in the decisive stage of building a comprehensive well-off society.It's an important part of the construction of new socialist countryside,and it's an important condition of the realization of agricultural modernization,it's the cornerstone of the Chinese Dream,it's the basic process and the key link of building a comprehensive well-off society.On the other hand,the thesis not only expounds the guiding ideology and basic principles,but also defines the primary objective in the decisive stage of building a comprehensive well-off society of rural cultural construction.In the third part,this thesis analyzes the current situation of rural cultural construction in Renshou County.Mainly includes two aspects,the achievements of rural cultural construction are the one.For example,the infrastructure of the rural cultural is continues improving,cultural activities of farmers is increasing,the level of cultural quality of farmers has been improved,the talent team of rural cultural construction is gradually grow and so on.Second,the problems in the process of rural cultural construction,such as a variety of factors lead to insufficient funds for rural cultural construction and infrastructure still lags behind,some grassroots cadres lack of understanding of rural cultural construction,the quality of rural cultural construction talent team is low,the management system is not perfect,the lack of the main status farmers in the rural cultural construction and so on.In the fourth part,this thesis summarizes the state's policy on rural cultural construction in the past ten years,and summarizes the main experiences of the rural cultural construction in the past ten years,then this thesis takes the rural cultural construction of Wendeng City,Shandong province and Linquan county,Anhui province as an example to illustrate.Finally,drawing on the successful experience of the past,focusing on the construction of spiritual civilization,considering the fundamental interests of the majority of rural people,in view of the existing problems in the construction of rural culture,starting from the fundamental demand of cultural construction and the actual farmers,put forward the countermeasures of promoting the rural cultural construction in the decisive stage of building a comprehensive well-off society.Mainly include,leading the construction of rural culture with socialist core values,giving full play to the leading role of the government in the construction of rural culture,with the demand of rural cultural construction as the guide,we should promote the supply-side reform of rural cultural construction,making full use of the Internet to promote the construction of rural culture,accelerating the construction of rural public cultural service system and so on.
