Using the methods of analysis and textual research,the article analyses and compares the Han(Qian zhao), Qian Qin and Hou Qin in the Sixteen Kingdoms period with the Western Wei and Northern Zhou in the Northern Dynasties period, to explore the reason that the Han(Qian zhao), Qian Qin and Hou Qin regimes cann't set up stable order but the Western Wei and Northern Zhou set up a separatist regime in the Guanlong region and make the regime continue to Sui—Tang Dynasties. It can provide a clue to connect the Wei Jin and Southern-Northern Dynasties with Sui—Tang Dynasties.Besides the preface and the conclusion, the article consists of four chapters. The First chapter discusses the historical background and reason that the Han(Qian zhao), Qian Qin and Hou Qin regime found.Basing on the historical background of Yu-Wentai sets up a separatist regime in the Guanlong region, the Second chapter probes the relation of the noblemen in Guanlong region and Yu-Wentai regime and founding state's way of the Western Wei and Northern Zhou, furthermore, compares the founding state's way of the Han(Qian zhao), Qian Qin and Hou Qin with the Western Wei and Northern Zhou. The Third chapter discusses that Chang'an is the ruling center, the five Dynasties makes some construction to the buildings of Chang'an. These names such as Chang'an Small city , Zi city and so on appear in historical documents.These buildings are taken as regime center and its geographical position is based on the Weiyang Palace in order to guarantee the regime orthodox.Begining with Xiongmu, Di-Qiang and Xianbei ethnic using the state's name of Han,Qin,Zhou in the Sixteen Kingdoms and Northern Dynasties ,the Forth chapter discusses the orthodox consciousness and orthodox debate of the Hu ethnic rulers to negate Han regime in the Southern Dynasties and establish themselves orthodox status.Finally, under the Hu ethic rulers make great efforts,Hu ethnic regimes are approved by the Han ethnic of the North,Northern history becomes the mainstream of China history and opens the beginning of Sui-Tang history.
